| Job Description: | Hi, Below is the position details. Position 1: .Net developer with Ektron Columbus, OH – 2 positions, 3 months could extend We are looking for a candidate for the following position: The candidate should have a balanced skill set, drawing from practical experience as a developer, architect, and/or team lead. Ability to gather and synthesize complex requirements into a technical solution is a must. Also needs the ability execute multiple projects concurrently, and function in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communications are integral to the success of this position. Motivated, flexible, self-starter who has the imitative and capability to work independently on projects, and as a team member on others is preferred. Knowledgeable and ability to speak to Web 2.0 concepts such as community-based websites is desirable. Responsibilities - Will serve as a team lead and responsible for providing specific client technical leadership - Create and provide technical direction and implementation specific details with Ektron CMS400 - Setup and Configure Ektron CMS400 web environment - Develop and maintain custom components - Interface with a wide range of internal and external customers to define website requirements and turn those requirements into technical specifications - Knowledgeable in: - Ektron product setup/configuration - Extending the Ektron environment - 7.5x product features - Web 2.0 feature implementation Requirements - 4+ total years of web development experience - Hands-on experience with Ektron 7.5x - Hands-on experience with 3+ Ektron deployments - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of clients - Experience with mid/large scale web development projects - Knowledge of SDLC best practices - Experience with preparing client comps and the design review process - Experience in a consulting role/environment Bala Sreeni AIT Resource Group, Inc. |
