| Job Description: | Title: Business Analyst (fallout management) Location: Atlanta-GA Duration: 6+ months This role needs working with clearinghouses, interconnections and with ILEC’ s. Duties - Be the primary/lead for fallout management and resolution for address validation and loop qualification - Manage the work efforts of at least 2 offshore resources. This includes daily/nightly status calls, scheduling and tracking completion of work units, progress reporting, etc - Working with client on daily reporting of fallout resolution progress for each market - Identifying common business rules that can be applied across all markets and automated. Work with dev and account team to get automation enhancements added to schedule and track to completion - Resolve fallout issues by logging onto ILEC GUIs in each market and talking to respective ILEC representatives and/or customer reps as needed. - Assist leadership team in creating supporting presentations together for reporting and/or proposal purposes Required Skills - Must be exceptional with MS Office Excel spreadsheets o Pivot tables o Formulas o Macros and visual basis desired, but not required - Must be able to look at large amounts of data and identify patterns - Must be able to manipulate and make sense of data and represent it in a meaningful manner - Must be able to work with offshore resources and direct their work efforts on a daily basis - Must be exceptionally organized and able to document results/findings (vs. just stating findings) - Must be familiar with LSR/ASR process, ordering, loop qualification, etc (example: DSL services, Ethernet over copper) - Must be thorough and able to follow thru with all parties to drive each record to closure - Must be able to create consistent, repeatable processes where none exist and implement accordingly (must be process oriented and poses process improvement skills) - Problem solving skills are a must - Understanding of address standards is desired: USPS (US postal service), Google (Geocode – Lat/Long), MSAG (Master Service Address Guide) Vimal Khandelwal Net2Source Inc. |
