Job Title: Help Desk support - Office 365
Location: Rochester, NY
Duration: Long Term
Expenses are covered : $0.58 per mile client will pay expenses.
Candidate needs to travel the locations : Syracuse, Utica, Buffalo, areas.

We are seeking Customer Support Engineers to help customers who use Microsoft Office 365 products, by answering questions about functionality,
installation, and configuration, providing training and walkthroughs on product features, and resolving technical issues. We are looking for people who love talking to a variety of people and working with creativity and persistence to find solutions to their problems.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated by the experience of helping people solve technical problems and get better use out
of complex software products, learning new technical skills and researching solutions using a variety of sources to do so.

A great communicator, whether in person, on the phone, or in writingMotivated by the opportunity to help people solve problemsInterested in spending the majority of your day talking to customers and helping them use and troubleshoot our softwareA quick and self-directed learner, excited about learning new things Persistent and creative at finding solutions on your own; someone who can use online help, Google searches, and trial and error to figure out a problem you havent encountered beforeOrganized and reliable at completing assigned tasks on timeGenerally comfortable with technology and operating complex computer software
Exchange, Skype for Business and SharePoint experience will be helpful.
