| Job Description: | Hi, Since this is an urgent business requirement, I’d appreciate a prompt response on this. Position: Mainframe Tech lead Duration: 4 months Location: Columbus, GA Required Skills: Primary Skills: Mainframe Secondary Skills:Claims Specialised Skills:Ratesheet" "Onsite : Develops test cases, identifies test data and documents results. Plans and executes operational readiness deliverables. Trains and reviews the work of lower level Analysts. May provide direction to work assignments of staff. Researches system issues and documents findings. Uses discretion in making independent decisions. Business Analyst, experience preferred. Previous experience with Sales Compensation, Broker Commissions and/or Agent Licensing & Credentialing operations, preferred. Previous experience with business requirement development, business/technical reviews, test case and test data development as part of UAT preparation. Requires 3-5 years experience in a finance/health insurance field capacity; prior experience with relational databases, mainframe and client server report writers; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
