QA Test Engineer - (8 Openings) Cupertino, CA Contract/CTH/Full Time. Looking for Test Engineers with experience in testing web based Java/J2ee products. The job involves independently preparing and executing test cases for a distributed application and testing of mobile applications. This job also demands active communication and problem solving skills. Skills/Qualifications: Atleast 4 years of overall software testing / QA experience. Excellent communication and interaction skills. Very good defect identification skills. Detailed understanding of web based Java/J2ee product architectures. Knowledge on web services Strong Unix shell scripting skills. Experience in installing and configuring web servers – JBoss, Apache. Good knowledge on databases and SQL. Experience with testing tools, test automation. Simulation and data mock-up experience. Very good manual testing skills with strong business sense. Any experience with testing applications on mobile devices.
