Title: SAP Migration Consultant Location: Bartlesville, OK Duration: 5 Months Description: This position requires great attention to detail, good organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to multi-task and move quickly between tasks. Must be willing to adhere to SAP Services documented processes and be willing to suggest and follow through on process improvement opportunities. The person filling this position must be a team player, have strong influential skills, and be very customer focused The SAP Migration Analyst will be responsible for: Migration of configuration and program changes from the SAP development systems to test, and then to the production system. This includes: Serving as the primary migration analyst on a day- to- day basis o Working with SAP functional and technical specialists to ensure changes maintain the integrity of the global SAP system/environment Working with other migration team members to ensure that all migration shifts are covered Working with other migration team members to train new members and assist with troubleshooting Accountable for meeting audit requirements for changes and responsible for providing documentation on changes when requested by Auditing. Includes periodically reconciling between SAP and change requests to ensure all changes are documented and approved Participation in the after-hours callouts rotation Monitor Remedy and work with end-users to resolve issues reported Manage SAP documents in Service Desks Knowledge Center Provide support for Global SAP Services web Provide back up support for Lotus Notes databases used by Global SAP Services. Includes researching alternatives to Lotus Notes and assisting with conversion and implementation of replacement products Provide back up support for SharePoint Administration and ERP Committee updates/communications Qualifications: 3+ years of working experience in a corporate environment Ability and willingness to provide day-to-day application support on a 24x7 basis Solid understanding of basic SAP functionality and landscape Minimum of 1 yr. previous experience using STMS to move changes through a SAP dev/test/prod environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Good problem-solving/analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate/work with a wide variety of personalities and skill levels Raj Techgene Solutions, LLC |
