Brief Overview of Job Duties
To perform PM duties delivering the integration and rollout of SAP R3 in to HGT BU and North American Shared Services
The Change Manager is responsible for delivering the business change for the project, working with the Project Manager
Work to resolve ‘soft tensions’ between IT and the relevant functional areas, flagging any potential issues to the Project Manager
To ensure any project change risks or issues are highlighted in good time to the project manager.
Identifying what changes in processes, procedures, and practices are needed to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits.
Plan business change activities for the project.
Deliver and implement Project Change approach, plan and strategy.
Coordinate the design and delivery of: Business Implementation Team and/or Change Network (engage with users).
Communications strategy and plan.
Training Needs Analysis strategy and plan.
Business Readiness activities
Stakeholder Engagement and management approach.
Lead and promote effective ways of working within the team.
Lead the transition to BAU.
Reporting, planning, managing to plan, and managing risks/issues, appropriate escalation.
Such other activities as may be required.
Job Description
Up to 5 years relevant experience in project change management, in particular with SAP, standard change management methodologies and change assurance
Good working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies SAP system structure, functionality and implementation approaches, together with a broad understanding of change management practices
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization
Good knowledge of standard change management methodologies and change assurance
Detailed understanding of the impact of change, the interdependencies and impact on the business.
Track record of successful change management achieving identified business benefits.
