OAF Experience extending and customizing new Oracle Product Hub pages AIA SOA Integration experience specific to Oracle MDM Product Hub ( Need not be a SOA Developer but should know the integration points available from the product hub to SOA) Extensive SQL, PL/SQL experience with hands on development in Oracle MDM Product Hub API’s and extending AIA Pack Experience on Oracle Release 12.1.3

As this resource will need to lead an offshore team of 2-3 members for this implementation at client.
Preferable High Tech Industry experience will be a plus

Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Leads
Positions & Modules:
1. Functional Lead – AR/BI/eBill
2. Functional Lead – eSupp/eSett
3. Functional Lead – PC/CC
4. Functional Lead – INV
Location : Memphis, TN
Duration : 6 months
Start : ASAP
Mandatory:
· 9.0 or 9.1 experience mandatory
· Implementation experience mandatory
· Recent experience necessary on the modules for which they are being considered
Experience:-
· 10+ years of experience working on PeopleSoft Projects.
· Experience working as Functional PeopleSoft Finance Lead consultants using module (AR/BI/eBill ) on PeopleSoft Implementation project.
· Experience working on implementation projects with Finance Application ver 9.0 or 9.1.
· At least one project where implementation is with leading organization for a large scale implementation which spans across Business units, Geographic Regions.
· At least 2+ years of experience with Retail domain.
· Well versed with SDLC and Quality Processes.
· Experience working on Projects executed using onsite/offshore model is a plus.
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree.
Skills:
· Experience as PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant
· Strong PeopleSoft Finance Functional knowledge and experience in (specific ) module
· Works with Business users to elicit requirements and recommends best practice solutions for addressing client requirements
· Experience conducting Business user workshops, CRP user session to familiarize users with recommended solutions
· Detects inefficiencies or conflicts in systems and processes and helps to identify effective improvements.
· Good communication skills – written and spoken
· Facilitates communication between customers, SMEs, module leads, technical staff, and Project Mgmt.
· Well versed with Quality Processes required on Projects
· Ability to work in teams and has strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:-
· Will work with Process Champions to understand client requirements.
· Understands the Gaps and recommends best practice solutions
· Conducts workshop/crp/fit-gap sessions with Process Champions and Users
· Responsible for Functional Design, Configuration for the specific modules
· Define Security Model for the Application
· Communicates with development team and translates requirements into a form understandable by the development team.
· Develop Functional test cases and test the application
· Prepare user training manuals and conduct user trainings
· Provide Support during SIT/UAT
