Sr. QA Analyst with Peoplesoft or Workday Experience

LOCATION: Baltimore, MD
DURATION: 12 Months

We are looking for an seasoned/lead QA Analyst to develop the strategy
and plan for testing Workday (product), as well as manage the
development and execution of the test scripts, identify resource
needs, etc. Looking for an experienced resource to define the testing
strategy for our clients migration (go-live scheduled for Jan 1,
2013) and for testing future releases. We expect that this person will
define strategy and schedule and will manage testing over-all. SMEs
will be available to write some of the test cases, and available for
testing. We expect that this resource will be able to identify
additional resource needs; and if necessary, will also be hands-on in
creating test cases.

Skill Set:
- Define testing strategy for Workday implementation along with
testing considerations in subsequent years, where we will receive 3
updates per year - Senior (3-5 years)
- Familiarity with Quality Center v11, version 11.x - Intermediate (1-3 years)
- Determine guidelines for automating test scripts (and when test
script should be executed manually) - Senior (3-5 years)
- Develop schedule, identify resource needs and manage
development/execution of test scripts - Senior (3-5 years)
- Knowledge of HR Systems − Workday, PeopleSoft - Intermediate (1-3 years)
