All purchases made through Benchfolks website are final and there are no Refunds. Employers or Recruiters by making a Payment for Membership or Advertisement to our site, you acknowledge that you have agreed to the " No Refund Policy". If a customer cancels an account prior to the expiration of the full term, the customer must pay the balance of the payment in full as well as any applicable early cancellation fees. Monthly subscribers must submit a written notice to terminate an account and stop automatic billing at least thirty days in advance of the termination. Also monthly subscribers must pay, in full, any remaining balance associated with their account.
