Large scale full lifecycle transformation program to modernize client’s agency-wide business processes and systems from a paper-based, transaction-oriented to an account-based, person-centric model.?

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing web services using TIBCO BusinessWorks; implementing Business Rules using TIBCO BusinessEvents; deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting solution; providing implementation best practices.? This position is for a senior level resource.? Resource will be expected to be technically proficient in development techniques and also be expected to serve as a mentor /? development reviewer for junior staff.?

Primary Job Duties:Lead the effort in the development of process flows in the implementation and integration of the TIBCO products with other technology.? Providing technical guidance to development team in the implementation and integration of the TIBCO products with other technology.? Serves as first POC with product vendor for support and integration issues.? Integrate with other COTS products, configure, customize, develop, install, trouble shoot, and provide operational support.? Design, Install TIBCO Architecture components and Develop code and work with software development organization to ensure functional requirements are met.? Providing support in the configuring and troubleshooting solution and providing implementation best practices to development team
