Help them understand the software, so they can better exercise it. Our development and QA teams are jointly responsible for software correctness. • Assist with the development of consistent technology frameworks, platforms, standards and processes and identify current and future application development trends to be incorporated into a strategic roadmap. • Resolve technical issues and identify risks by building consensus among technical stakeholders. (2) Key Roles & Responsibilities • Leading, architecting and managing the writing and maintaining of code and develop tests. Performing unit, integration and API automation tests. • Apply industry best practices and techniques to design, develop, test, deploy, support and maintain complex Java applications based on business requirements using approved technologies and coding standards. • Mentor other Developers on programming issues and work with Development team to ensure consistency in processes and completion of deliverables among team members. • Ensure projects are moving on time and meet the required deadlines and functional requirements. • Ensure the proper analysis is completed before a single line of code is written. When a citizen of another foreign country wants to enter the US, he must have a proper visa which can be a nonimmigrant visa for temporary stay or an immigrant visa for permanent residency. The US has created an agreement called as The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) to provide economic as well as trade relationships between the US and Canada, Mexico. This visa was called as TN visa for nonimmigrant NAFTA Professionals which allows the citizens of Canada and Mexico to work on tn visa jobs in USA or carry on prearranged business activities. Since Canadians often gain better entry in the US with greater ease then it’s because of this NAFTA agreement which has many treaty provisions within.

Since among all NAFTA-related visas the most useful among all was the TN-1 visa which was modeled like the H-1B and was given to Mexicans as well as Canadians to gain tn jobs in US. The TN visa has the following advantages over traditional H-1Bs and the basic requirements are:
